glory-11-posterGlory announced three more fights that have been added to the Glory 11 card in Chicago, Saturday 12th October.

At light-heavyweight, Danyo Ilunga (53-5) will face Michael Duut (38-4).  Both Ilunga and Duut recently competed in the Glory light-heavyweight tournament at Glory 9 in New York.  Both fighters were finished quickly by tournament winner Tyrone Spong.

At 65kg, Candadian Shotokan karate practitioner Gabriel Varga (22-2) will face American Shane Oblonsky, who is making his Glory debut.  Varga made his Glory debut in the Glory 65kg tournament at Glory 8, making it as far as the semi finals before losing to eventual tournament winner and top ranked 65-67kg fighters Yuta Kubo.

Australian Steve Moxon (33-6), who recently beat Yuri Bessmertny at Kings of Kombat 10 in Melbourne,  was to face MMA veteran Gesias ‘JZ’ Cavalcante.  Unfortunately Cavalcante was forced to pull out of the fight due to injury.  Replacing Cavalcante will be British fighter, Reece McAllister (36-4).
